Flat Shipping Rates and Estimates
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 working days (Monday - Saturday between 9.00am till 10.00pm) using our third party logistics. However, for personalised items ordered, it will be shipped within 5-10 working days (Monday - Saturday between 9.00am till 10.00pm). Do take note that other items will be delivered together with the personalised items you have ordered. Standard rates of delivery start at S$5.99. Delivery price increases by S$0.29 for every subsequent item that you purchased. Do take note that delivery services provided are to all serviceable areas within Singapore only.
Delivery rates are as follows:

|User buys 4 items||S$5.99 + S$0.87 = S$6.86|
*Delivery fees are capped at S$10.00
Final delivery fee is calculated based on the number of items purchased. Do note that any discounts and discounted items will not affect the delivery price./p>
- To help you save on delivery charges, our third party logistics will consolidate your items in one single order and deliver them all together.
- When estimating the delivery duration, it is recommended to estimate based on the latest time of arrival. Occasionally, our third party logistics may deliver your items separately due to the nature of the product delivery. In these instances, no extra delivery fees would be charged.
- In any circumstances, if there is an item wrongly delivered to you, please contact us at email@example.com for us to rectify the issue and make the necessary arrangements at no additional charges.
- Amidst the COVID-19, contactless delivery will be made. After the parcel has been collected, our delivery partners will sign the proof of delivery (POD) on your behalf.
- Our delivery partners will update you on your delivery.
- As “Authority To Leave” is a standard delivery procedure, the parcel will be left at a safe place within the property as requested. Signature is not required.
- AIn some circumstances, when the delivery driver feels it is unsafe for the parcel to be left unattended, they will contact you immediately for the item to be relocated and if uncontactable, the items will be delivered on another day. Do note that Le.git Mall Pte. Ltd. and our third party logistics will not be held liable for stolen or missing parcels.
- Any discrepancies reported will not be accepted and Le.git Mall Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any claims that are incurred after delivery of your items.
- However, those deliveries to be left at the designated safe area without the presence of any recipient are allowed to report any damages known within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- In any circumstances that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, item description and photos/videos of the item’s condition.
- Le.git Mall Pte. Ltd. reserves the right in its total discretion to determine whether a part has failed due to a defect or depletion.
- All replacement of the item(s) would be arranged based on schedule availability at sole discretion.
- Le.git Mall Pte. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any consequences (direct or indirectly) of the delay in the delivery of the replacement item and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Le.git Mall Pte. Ltd. or to anything similar.
*Subject to applicable laws, Le.git Mall may amend, modify and supplement these Policies from time to time. You agree that you are responsible for accessing, reviewing and keeping yourself updated on all amendments. Any amendments shall be deemed as your confirmation and acceptance of such amendments and all the amendments shall be valid and applicable to you.
